"Pretty Good Selection"
I don’t know why people act like everything is always unavailable, because when I checked, most of the models were actually in stock. Maybe not every single one, sure, but there was still plenty to choose from

"Nice watch, just a tiny box dent"
My first reaction was, “Oh nice, this is packed way better than I expected.” The watch showed up safely and nothing was damaged at all. The box looked really nice too, except for a small dent on one corner. It wasn’t a huge deal for me, but that’s the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5

"Kinda disappointing for a new watch"
The watch did show up working, but the box was all crushed and the clasp had a small scratch on it. For something I bought new, it just wasn’t really what I expected. Support was polite, which I appreciated, but I still had to deal with the whole return process. Just kinda disappointing overall

I had to return a watch because it was just too big for my wrist. The return process itself was clear, but I got a bit frustrated waiting around for the refund to come through. It did show up after a few days, so it worked out in the end. I just wish the return label had been easier to find

"Pretty smooth overall"
I ordered a watch from Orient Watch USA the whole thing went smoothly. The order confirmation email showed up right away, and once it shipped, they sent the tracking info too. The only thing was the shipping update took a couple days, so at first I was kind of wondering what was going on... Customer service did get back to me when I reached out though, so that helped. Not totally perfect, but good overall, and I’d probably order from them again.

"Fair shipping and no surprises"
The shipping cost was reasonable compared to some other watch sites I’ve looked at. It felt fair, my order showed up just fine, and there weren’t any random extra fees at checkout, which I definitely appreciated.

I had a frustrating time with it, honestly. Stuff was way harder to find than it should’ve been, and the pages loaded slow for me. I’m absolutely convinced I spent more time waiting and clicking around than actually finding what I needed.

I tried to place my order, but I just couldn’t get through the checkout process!!! It was really frustrating because I had everything ready to go, and then it just wouldn’t work!!! Definitely not the experience I was hoping for!!!

"Strap just isn’t comfortable"
The watch looks fine, but something about it just doesn’t feel right on my wrist. The strap is stiff and starts rubbing after about an hour, so I ended up not wearing it much. It’s just not very comfortable

"Shipping took way longer than expected"
My order took a lot longer to arrive than they originally said it would. I also felt kind of passed around when trying to get an update, like nobody really had a clear answer. Frustrating overall.

"Good watches, but the details felt a bit lacking"
I was browsing a few Orient watches and, the descriptions didn’t give me quite enough to feel confident. The basic specs were listed, but I still found myself googling things like how the lume performs, what the strap actually feels like, and how the case wears in real life. Maybe I’m just picky when it comes to watches, but at this price point I expected the product info to be a little clearer before making a decision...

I’m not entirely sure how to explain it, but something about it just feels a little off. It’s not necessarily bad, and there may be some decent aspects, but my overall impression was that it didn’t quite meet expectations. It was kind of a weird experience, honestly.

"Late Delivery and Confusing Tracking"
My package ended up arriving late, which was frustrating. And the tracking really didn’t help at all, it barely seemed to update, so I had no idea where it actually was. I kept checking it, then wondering if it was even moving. The item did show up eventually, but the whole delivery process was just kind of annoying...

It took a little longer than I was hoping , but they helped me get everything sorted without too much trouble . Overall , I had a good experience .

"Still Works, But Feels a Bit Worn Now"
I’ve had it for a few years now, and to be fair, it still runs just fine. But my gut feeling is that it hasn’t aged quite as well as I expected. The bracelet has gotten loose, and the clasp feels worn out compared to when it was new. For the price, I can’t really complain too much, but I did sort of expect it to feel a little sturdier over time
